Important iNDIGO/SCIO Service Pack

Greetings Quantum Green TEAM!!!
We found out about an issue yesterday (October 10th, 2010). If you open your iNDIGO software and try to get in through the password panel you will get booted back out to the Windows desktop. Due to this industry wide issue, being created at one time, we have been bombarded with calls and emails.
Again we apologize, this issue that is occurring with the iNDIGO and some Clasp32 software versions totally caught us off guard. We had to ask for assistance from many of our Support Central Techs who gave up their Sunday and Thanksgiving Holiday today (Canada) to help with this emergency.
We ask that you read the instructions below and follow the process outlined to correct this problem in the software on your iNDIGO/SCIO computer.
WHY THIS HAPPENED?
Prof Nelson programmed (without our knowledge) an expiration date into the software to ensure that everyone is using the most current updated version of the software. Please understand that our staff was not notified nor prepared to handle this until 10-10-10 had arrived.
Usually with any new update there is a team that will get the files first and we will do some Beta Testing so we can approve it before we put it into the iNDIGO Update Tool, we did not have this opportunity with this latest fix and felt the need to get the software working for our valued practitioners.
To correct the expiration date issue, please get online using the computer that you use for iNDIGO/SCIO Biofeedback.

IMPORTANT NOTE: You must already be running the 7 7 10 version to use this.

Applying this exe will provide the needed update to correct this issue. When you run this file it will first backup your client data, then it will place the updated files in their proper place and then restore your client data.
You may need to save this file to your desktop first in order to run it.
Also another alternative for a ‘temporary quick fix’ especially if you are not currently using the 7 7 10 version, is to change the date on your computer back to October 1st for example. This might allow you to get into the program now and access it for now. This will then buy you some time to get updated to the latest software version.
If you use the Update Tool to update your software to the latest version the fix for this issue has also been programmed into the iNDIGO (only) Update Tool.

We would like to apologize for those of you that have not been able to reach us on our toll free support line. We are experiencing some trouble with our 800 number and call controller. You may be getting a message that our mail box is full. We are working with Ring Central to get this resolved.
